Your job is to make the online shopping experience simple and secure for your client’s customers. You do this by setting up attractive and easy-to-use shopping carts; securing payment methods; returning information on available stock and delivery date; controlling shipping, billing and order information; as well as recapping the customer’s order through confirmation emails.

Monitoring the day-to-day performance of the sites that you manage will allow you to improve the user experience, develop brand loyalty, and increase sales.

Not only do you have a solid understanding of online sales strategies and the different ecommerce platforms available; but you are also an expert in the latest digital marketing trends and social media platforms, and use them to maximize your traffic and reach.

Tools of the Trade: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other office related software. PHP, HTML, ASP, .NET, JavaScript, SQL. Working experience with affiliate marketing, SEM & SEO, online campaign management, and market research and analysis
