Marketing Coordinator

You help the marketing department function smoothly by taking over the day-to-day tasks and serving as the “right-hand” to the Marketing Manager.

Some of your responsibilities include: tracking budgets; observing sales; sending materials to legal for approval; monitoring production, advertising, and other schedules; conducting research to analyze customers’ behavior; maintaining updated marketing mailing lists; responding to emails and phone inquiries; booking travel; assisting at conferences; and drafting communication materials when necessary. Great organization and time-management skills might get you a promotion quicker than you think.

Tools of the Trade: Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Web Analytics; Google Adwords; other office related software. Working experience: Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, data analytics software, SEO, Customer Relationship Management, and Content Management System is a plus.
