We're on the hunt for a Production Artist with strong hands-on experience in print production, pre-press, large-format, and digital printing. This is an on-site role working with a fast-paced production team that handles a wide range of large-format and four-color digital print projects. We're looking for someone who understands the full production workflow, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality work.

What You'll Do

• Prepare pre-press production files and ensure files are fully print-ready
• Work with production teams to execute projects accurately and efficiently
• Maintain quality control throughout the production process
• Troubleshoot production files and printing issues as needed
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project specs and timelines
• Help manage multiple projects while meeting tight production deadlines
• Stay current on printing technologies, workflows, and production best practices

Requirements

• 4-5 years minimum experience in pre-press, print production, and post-production workflows 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with expert skill in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign 
• Knowledge of color management, file preparation, and imposition 
• Expertise in print-ready setup for large-format output 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• A troubleshooting mindset with the ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently

This is a temp-to-hire, onsite opportunity working in the Flower Mound, TX area, near the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. REMOTE work is not available.

Applicants must have a minimum of 4- 5 years of experience in pre-press, print production, and post-production workflows in a digital/print/large-format environment.
