Project Manager

Attention all project management pros with a creative edge! If making bold retail displays come to life gets your adrenaline pumping, we've got the perfect full-time adventure waiting for you. We're partnering with a leader in the corrugated packaging and point-of-purchase (POP) display industry who needs a talented Project Manager to own the post-purchase-order phase of retail display projects. Think high-energy coordination, clear communication, and making sure every display hits the shelves looking sharp and on time.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing retail display projects from post-PO through final delivery
• Coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams (design, production, and vendors)
• Tracking progress, troubleshooting issues, and keeping everything on schedule and on budget
• Ensuring top-quality execution so brands shine in retail environments
• Communicating clearly with internal teams and clients to deliver wow-factor results

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in retail, packaging, or display-related projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a big plus
