Our IDEAL Studio Production Assistant has experience in e-commerce, master data/data catalog management, a retail background with 360° product photography and studio experience

As Studio Production Assistant with Data Tech skills you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of 360° product photo shoots and capturing accurate product attributes. This requires a proactive individual who can wear many hats, efficiently multitask, and maintain a positive workflow under high-volume shooting schedules. Your responsibilities will span from managing samples (retrieving, prepping, returning), master data management, and workflow coordination, ensuring that the team studio operates at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Set Assistance:

  • Provide hands-on support during photo shoots.
  • Assist with setting up and retrieving product samples.
  • Ensure products meet handling requirements and are available for photographers.
  • Assist with equipment adjustments and ensure all necessary tools are ready.

Product Management:

  • Retrieve and review products before and after shots for accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate with the team on any product discrepancies or presentation issues.

Database and Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of product shoots in our database.
  • Update inventory lists to ensure products are accounted for and shoot-ready.

Workflow Coordination:

  • Monitor shooting schedules to ensure timely task completion.
  • Manage workflow to meet high-volume demands without sacrificing quality.
  • Multi-tasking and Prioritization:
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing based on urgency.
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with photographers, imaging specialists, and other team members.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a can-do attitude, ready to help as needed.

As a Studio Production Assistant, we expect you to have:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a production assistant role, preferably in a photo studio or similar creative environment.
  • Familiarity with photography and scanning equipment and the process of 360° product photography and master data capture.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and presentation.
  • Ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing needs and solve problems proactively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to wear many hats to get the job done.

This is a temporary, 3-month assignment working in-studio, on-site in the Rogers, AR area. This is not a 100% remote position. Salary is firm at $20-$22/hr.
