Your previous account management experience has clearly demonstrated you’re ready to take responsibility for the entire accounts team, as well as all the clients in the agency.
Coordinating the resources needed to complete each project smoothly is your playground, and you will plan campaigns, create business plans, manage budgets, brief the staff, and handle customers complains – to name a few.
As the most senior point of contact for the agency’s clients, you will lead your team to provide exceptional client experience, increase customer satisfaction, as well as identify new accounts and sales opportunities.
You are a natural problem-solver with critical thinking skills and keen attention to detail, as well as an enthusiastic team player with a persuasive approach to creative projects.
In a larger agency setting, you can further your career by taking on the role of Group Account Director or Global Group Account Director.
Tools of the Trade: Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint; other office related software. Working experience: Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
