New Business Manager
You take the agency to new heights, developing creative strategies to scope and grow its clients’ portfolio while keeping existing customers happy.
At the core of your responsibilities will be to build the agency brand, research industry trends and potential clients, respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), prepare business proposals, financial reports and forecasts, and handle the formalities of starting a new client relationship, such as agreeing upon contract terms.
Your superior communication skills and power of persuasion are key to your daily interactions with executive search firms, new clients, and senior management at the agency.
Tools of the Trade: Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint; other office related software. Working experience: Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
