Job Description:
A Commercial Real Estate Leader is looking for a versatile temp, remote Marketing Graphic Designer/Coordinator to contribute to digital and print projects. The majority of the projects for the remote brokerage team include marketing and design collateral, property updates to website (WordPress), writing content for marketing collateral, and researching properties for sale.

We are looking for a dedicated designer/coordinator that works well with a busy marketing team and commercial real estate brokers.

Marketing Graphic Designer/Coordinator can expect to:

• Use template design files to create marketing collateral for retail properties, including: site plan drawings, map creation, photo editing/retouching

• Contribute to writing, editing and proofreading marketing collateral

• Coordinating with brokerage team on email and website marketing

• Ensure brand consistency in graphic design

• Work with vendors, tracking marketing expenses, billing

• Manage contacts

• Preferred Skills: Commercial Real Estate, WordPress, Commercial MLS

Systems: CoStar, CREXi, HubSpot, Salesforce, Email marketing

As a Marketing Graphic Designer/Coordinator you will have

• A BS/BA degree plus 5+ years of experience

• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator

• Strong project management skills

• Good knowledge of digital and print production and printing process

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well in a busy marketing team environment

• Possess, Microsoft Office Suite, Business writing & market research skills

This is a temp, remote opportunity working 3-4 months with a team based in the Sacramento, CA area.
