Job Description:
A global award-winning company in the digital shopping space is looking for a Social Media Manager with beauty or healthcare industry experience to join their full-time team and be responsible for managing social media content, trends and results across the media channels. You will be working onsite in the Charlotte/Greensboro area of North Carolina.

As Social Media Manager you will be responsible for:
- Planning and developing social media calendar for three of our product lines, Motives (cosmetics), Lumiere De Vie (cosmetics), and Layered (jewelry)
- Measuring results using analytic tools that provide insights in order to continually find ways to improve, test new initiatives
- Work collaboratively with teams (partner store team and digital campaign marketing team) to amplify communication efforts
- Reply to customers on social media (customer care best practices & engagement)
- Ensure all digital communication channels and messaging are consistent with brand values, tone of voice and storytelling
- Due to the "always on" nature of social media, availability will be required on some evening and weekends

Our ideal Social Media Community Manager has these skills and experience:
- 4 + years of experience in social media in e-commerce space
- MUST HAVE experience in a social media role in the beauty or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of social media KPI’s and ability to understand and interpret metric
- Intermediate level of Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of best SEO blog practices
- Expertise with beauty industry and solid social media platform experience
- Project and time management skills
- Organized, able to build and maintain good relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated but also able to teamwork
- Available to work on some evening and weekends
- Salary: $60K - $70K annual
