About You
You are organized and know how to effectively prioritize projects from launch to completion. You’re a planner and optimization rockstar and determined self-starter. You’re constantly thinking about the PPC realm, identifying strategic pitfalls, updating keywords and creating campaigns. You understand the importance of staying search relevant in a competitive landscape. You know your audiences, monitor trends, make proactive recommendations because that’s just who you are.

What We’re Looking For
When it comes to data and measuring success, you’re an expert on using it to better social performance and reach. You work well independently, but you’re also a collaborator because working with agency partners provides insights you can’t always see in the data. You’re results-oriented, always offering insights and analysis on campaign KPIs, metrics, click-through and conversion rates. Plus, you provide metric-based optimization recommendations. • Reputation and relationship management
• Budgeting for paid media
• Daily management of various performance platforms like Google AdWords
• Remarketing, display ads and PPC
• Creating and managing paid ad campaigns across channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Providing e-commerce channel strategies to align with company goals
• Forecasting and running audits
• Staying current with industry best practices and tools
• Recommending performance improvements based on analytics and metrics
• Planning display advertising and remarketing strategies
• Collaborating with various internal departments



Requirements
• Bachelors or technical commercial art degree, or similar experience/education combo
• 5+ Years digital paid media experience
• 2+ Years social media experience
• MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, remote.
Salary: Commensurate with experience ($60 to 80K/yr).
