About You
You’re a natural born leader and you’ve got the leadership experience to prove it. When it comes to RFP’s you’ve got it on lock. You’re quick to organize your team, and working within an RFP asset management system, you’re unstoppable " especially when it comes to the investment management industry.

What We’re Looking For
You openly embrace the differences in others and are adaptive when working across time zones and cultural divides. You can accurately develop DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires). You’re a self-starter and a multi-tasking wiz. You’ve got a collaborative way about you and you inspire other to bring out their best. You’ll also be experienced with:
• Managing workflows for DDQs
• Collaborating with leaders and direct reportsThinking strategically
• Identifying capacity constraints and escalating, when needed
• Leading in prioritizing discussions
• Writing, editing and customizing RFP responsive s
• Understanding and adhering to best practices and processes for optimization
• Creating efficiencies
• Using content management database
• Ensuring accurate record keeping
• Coaching, developing and mentoring team members

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 Years management in the global financial services industry
• Complete understanding and experience with standard industry RFP processes and due diligence support
• Retail asset management and knowledge for global financial markets
• Ability to effectively interact with senior leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
