Job Description:
A global award-winning company in the digital shopping space is looking for a Social Media Community Manager to join their full-time team in South Florida and be responsible for managing social media content, trends and results across the media channels.

As the Social Media Community Manager you will report to the company’s COO and will be responsible for:
- Planning and developing social media calendar for platforms including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Measuring results using analytic tools that provide insights in order to continually find ways to improve, test new initiatives
- Work collaboratively with teams (partner store team and digital campaign marketing team) to amplify communication efforts
- Reply to customers on social media (customer care best practices & engagement)
- Elaborate 2 to 4 weekly blog posts for corporate blog
- Ensure all digital communication channels and messaging are consistent with brand values, tone of voice and storytelling
- Due to the “always on” nature of social media, availability will be required on some evening and weekends

Our ideal Social Media Community Manager has these skills and experience:
- 4 + years of experience in social media in e-commerce space
- Strong understanding of social media KPI’s and ability to understand and interpret metric
- Intermediate level of Canva and Adope Photoshop
- Working knowledge of best SEO blog practices
- Familiarity with Wordpress
- Project and time management skills
- Organized, able to build and maintain good relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated but also able to team work
- Available to work on some evening and weekends


This is a full-time position, remote, but it is required to reside in South Florida.
