Job Description:
Our client in Bentonville, Arkansas, has an immediate need for an experienced Account Manager to join our team fulltime. This client-facing role is a pivotal in managing client relationships, connecting, and supporting key management executives and internal teams. The account manager will ensure the timely and successful delivery of operational client solutions.

As Account Manager, you should expect to:
• Directly support the day-to-day account/client relationship need as they relate to the Operations business objectives
• Lead internal leadership and onsite team/staff, helping develop clear, measurable goals & staffing objectives for performance, client programs, system integrations, & work streams
• Implement operations, business, and process strategies to develop and provide clear, measurable goals and staffing objectives for marketing
• Build client confidence, managing client expectations and delivering timely results on time
• Collaborate with team leads and partners to identify strategic processes and opportunities while maintaining executive team deliverables
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assist in managing daily marketing project workflow, with access to resources as needed
• Possess excellent communication skills " staying abreast with leadership team and partners, sharing up-to-date, daily job responsibilities, performance issues, resource needs, challenges, and successes
• Create opportunities to integrate cross-functional solutions within the company’s organization and other potential business needs
• Foster client relationship and rapport
• Encourage strong teamwork and good communication
• Provide dedicated client support to client’s marketing operations team acting as key point of contact, working with internal team across disciplines to oversee the development of communications strategies, processes, and tactics to creatively solve all client-scoped business objectives

As an Account Manager, we require:
• 4-6 years of work experience as an Account Lead, Key Account Manager, or relevant role
• Workfront experience preferred
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Solid experience with project/process management tools and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to balance multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• People management experience preferred
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BA/BS degree in Marketing or Business Management/Administration or relevant field
