As a Temp, Direct Mail Project Manager
You thrive in an environment where you can use your well-honed intellect and expertise to offer insightful recommendations. You’ll also be experienced with "
• Budgeting, USPS DM mailing and postage requirements
• Managing list, print, production, mail house/fulfillment vendors
• Planning and project management direct mail campaigns
• Developing creative briefs
• Managing platform for dedicated phone numbers
• Manage overruns for fulfillment and any agency requests
• Supervising external data teams and list management
• Evaluating segmentation and performance metrics
• Setting and maintaining timelines and schedules, always meeting deadlines and balancing budgets

Requirements
• At least 5-years of experience in direct mail project management
• Cruise line experience a must
• Direct mail budgeting and cost analysis expertise
• Fulfillment overrun management
• Assist with Direct Mail budgeting and cost analysis
• Collaborate and support team with campaign promo briefs, flyers, emails, etc.
• Keep the team apprised of status of all print projects and continually monitoring work in progress to ensure work is on time
• Deliver creative and final art and data files when ready to print vendors
• Ensuring accurate billing
• Ensuring maximum savings
• Excellent administrative, management and production experience
• Effective communication skills
