The full-time, remote Digital Analyst is a champion of analytics is centered on designing digital properties with analytics tracking in mind. You’ll need superb project management skills and laser-sharp attention to details as you mine user data looking for optimization recommendations, better customer self-service solutions, strong e-commerce sales performance, and greater success with marketing campaigns and landing page performance. You’ll need an eye for finding data-driven solutions to create real results in customer self-service adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth across the company’s digital ecosystem.

As a Digital Analyst, you can expect in your day-to-day to:
• Manage platforms, tools, vendors and agencies involved in delivering digital analytics
• Handle reporting, dashboards and readouts for website and mobile app performance
• Provide data-driven insights in clear, compelling ways to stakeholders, with an eye toward improving customer sales and self-service adoption
• Gather and share findings with UX/design/testing teams on session replay, heat map and click/engagement results
• Partner with IT to spot and address possible technical issues
• Work with developers to ensure tracking requirements are implemented to documented specifications
• Collaborate in the QA and user acceptance process
• Ensure analytics are in place for go-live
• Manage voice-of-customer quantitative/qualitative digital survey feedback
• Conduct sentiment analysis and mine open-ended feedback to identify gaps, pain points and insights
• Train cross-functional team members on analytic tools and thought processes

In addition, you’ll need to meet these qualifications and have these skills:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Spotfire and Tableau
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, site tagging and tracking code, and developer tools, including Omnibug
• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture) or Google Analytics to create reports, dashboards, segments, and calculated metrics
• 1+ years working with a tag manager such as Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Though not required, it’s a definite plus if you have the following experience:
• 1+ year working with a voice-of-customer survey platform (Medallia, ForeSee, etc.)
• 1+ year working with a session replay tool (Decibel, Full Story, etc.)
• 1+ year working with a heat mapping tool (Crazy Egg, Hotjar, etc.)
