A leasing company is looking for a CRM Director to remotely join the team. It is a company that is awarded and well known for being a good place to work. You will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for the leadership and continuity of communications strategy with customers.

As a CRM Director, you will lead a team to work on the customer communication strategy, leveraging data insights to improve quality and impact of the communications across all channels keeping clients satisfied and loyal. You will work very closely with leadership from other departments as Product, Data Science, Operations and technology to create an omni-channel communication strategy and impactful results.

As a CRM Director you will:

-Be responsible sales target considering lead conversion and customer repeat
-Be responsible for customer satisfaction metric
-Lead and build a customer communications (CRM) team to strengthen our relationship with clients (previous, current, and prospective) driving conversion and loyalty
-Work with retail marketing team in order to understand sales opportunities and challenges
-Create and execute CRM plans across the organization
-Work with data science team to align impact of CRM strategy
-Own the marketing tech stack
-Present results to internal and external executive level stakeholders

Our ideal CRM Director has these skills and experience:

– 10+ years of CRM experience leading large-scale CRM program (Fintech or Financial Services preferred)
-BA (Business, Marketing, Communications) or equivalent years of professional work experience
Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications (preferred)
-Excellent understanding of marketing technology stack
-Able to build, test, and iterate loyalty and referral programs
-Experience in gathering and sharing insights
-Create and maintain strong and effective relationships internally and externally with stakeholders
-Analytical skills
-Able to think out-of-the-box and bring creative solutions
-Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
-Able to go on domestic business travel as needed
