As a CRM Manager, you will work with the CRM and marketing technology team on executing and and also measuring the success of the communications and CRM activities.
As a CRM Manager you will be responsible for:
-Understand, map and analyze customer journey
-Improve customer experience and optimize ROI
-Create and execute customer communication program
-Manage content development for customers
-Oversee execution and delivery of email and SMS campaigns
-Manage reports and measurement of program performance
-Be responsible for refining customer segmentation and messaging accordingly
-Be responsible for managing CRM platform and vendor relationships
-Work with other teams to ensure data integrity
-Explore new and innovative communication channels
Our ideal CRM Manager has these skills and experience:
– + 5 years of marketing experience with customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty programs
-Ability to see big-picture and while very detail oriented
-Strong passion for data and analytics
-Experience with Email and SMS campaigns (elaboration and execution)
-Problem solving skills
-Experience working with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
-Analytical thinking and strong technical background
-Ability to create and maintain working relationships internally and externally with stakeholders
-Understanding of best practices for email design and inbox delivery
-Familiarity with multi-touch attribution
