Head of Social Media

As the Head of Social you will have experience in SEO best practices and social media trends to be able to promote the company digitally, keeping the brands identity.
As a Head of Social Media you will:
Create and execute social media strategies covering sales, lead generation, community management, retargeting and more
Oversee social media metrics and KPIs
Provide periodically projections and reports
Manage social media budget and maintain ROI
Push paid and organic media to elevate business and brand results
Understand target and market ensuring message and content is accordingly
Elevate brand awareness through all social media channels
Oversee interactions on social media between costumers and company and ensure the experience is positive
Design strategy and execution plans to raise followers and engagement through all popular social media platforms
Our ideal Head of Social Media has these skills and experience:
8+ years of experience managing social media (including team, agency and budget management)
Excellent understanding of social network panels and posting programs (Hootsuite, Buffer and HubSPot)
Be able to analyze reports, metrics, and results
Ability to manage timings and deadlines
Excellent writing skills
Understanding of e-commerce, SEO, Email and PPC
Experience in outlining target audience and capturing their attention
Ability to lead remote and local teams in multiple projects
