Job Description:
A successful experiential agency is looking for a Strategic Experiential Creative Director, who will add to the team design expertise and also strategic business understanding. The company is Nashville based and has been creating many memorable experiences for brands. Experience in XGD in the retail, entertainment and hospitality destinations, theme parks, hotels, casinos, sports team categories is ideal.

As an Experiential Creative Director your job is to lead the creative thinking along with the strategy towards business goals for each project. You will work to align branded environments with the tools and story-telling to create a more engaging and meaningful interaction with their customers. As a Strategic Creative Director you will:

- Be an inspiring creative team manager growing the team internally, mentoring, and bringing creativity always to an even higher level

- Inspire clients and internal teams with ideas that connect to all audiences

- Present ideas and concept designs

- Continuously improve design and art direction skills

Our ideal Experiential Creative Director will have these skills and experience:

- BA in art-related field or equivalent experience in design field

- 10+ years of professional experience

- 5+ years leading creative teams

- Strong business management skills (communication, leadership and delegation, budget, resources, deadlines and objectives)

- Strong ideation skills (mood boards, storyboards, sketching)

- Strong leadership and mentor experience to achieve clients expectations and business opportunities

- Eventually travel when required for presentations and meetings

- Strong communication skills (verbally and written)

- Interest and understanding of sports industry

- Basic understanding of UI/UX design

- Ability to evaluate and give feedback on design

- Graphic Design skills and ability to write a creative brief

- Fearless and willing to explore new assignments

- Self-starter and problem solver

- Team player and leader
