A very successful experiential agency is looking for a contract Experience Designer. The company is Nashville based and has been creating many memorable experiences for brands.

The Experiential Designer will create the experiences, environments and interactions that connect people. You will work to align branded environments with the tools and story-telling to create a more engaging and meaningful interaction with their customers. As an Experiential Designer your job is to create and execute new ideas from scratch, going artistically beyond typical field boundaries. You will work closely with the Design Director who will help conceptualizing the ideas. A background experiential design in the retail, entertainment and hospitality destinations, theme parks, hotels, casinos, sports team categories is a perfect fit.

As an Experiential Designer you will:
- Be a designer and art director during the production process, leading internal and external teams
- Present ideas internally and externally, and providing artwork based on concept designs
- Work on several projects that are happening simultaneously, meeting all deadlines.
- Continuously improve design and art direction skills
- Be a fundamental creative during ideation events with clients
- Establish, develop, and illustrate design concepts, prepare presentations, design drawings, and details.
- Contribute to content creation teams to develop program and concept designs

Our ideal Experiential Designer will have these skills and experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in design field
- 3-5 years’ experience in Experiential Design, Branded Environments, Brand Experiences, or related design field
- Strong design background (Graphic, Industrial, Architecture, Exhibit, and Environmental Design)
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Google Suite and Mac platform
- Very detail-oriented, fearless and willing to explore new possibilities
- Quick learner, proactive and problem solver
- Team player
- Physically able to move and perform activities in adverse environments
