Trendy, womens accessory boutique is looking for a Social Media/Marketing Coordinator to elevate their already successful brand to new heights.

This role will provide the opportunity to handle organic marketing efforts, primarily through social and email, to build a strong brand presence and following. This is a small team, so your ideas, expertise and direction will be an integral part of this brand.

Although the brand is highly successful and has a hefty following, the company is looking for someone who can be much more engaged with their customers. This will give you a chance to get creative, by answering customer comments in a fun manner, create on-trend content, and conceptualizing strategies that will transcend the brand past their products.

As Social Media/ Marketing Coordinator you will:

– Handle all organic social media efforts end to end, including strategy, calendarization, copy, community management, content creation, photo editing and more
– Assist in the preparation, deployment and tracking of email campaigns and newsletters both for D2C and whole sellers
– Provide ongoing reporting to executive staff on the success of strategy, and provide avenues of growth and enhancements
– Conduct reach out with influencers and other brands to make long lasting partnerships
– Communicate with freelance photographers to provide visual direction or photograph products
– Stay abreast of new social platforms and marketing tools that will be beneficial to the brand
– Create strong brand messaging to create loyal following
– Assist with other marketing and company needs

Background profile:

– Robust end-to-end social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
– Experience writing copy for social and retail brands
– Experience with email and ecommerce platforms (i.e. Klaviyo, Shopify)
– Ability/ experience to photograph products is a plus
– Adobe CC experience primarily Photoshop
– Experience working in fashion, beauty or similar industry in a boutique, small-team setting
– BS/BA Degree and 5+ years of experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing
