Financial institution is looking for a highly creative Social Media Manager to joint their team!

As Social Media Manager, you will:
– Lead the development of entire organic social media strategies
– Create copy for all social media sites
– Conceptualize Visuals for social platforms, work collaboratively with external services to create visual elements
– Oversee social media analytics, track and report to upper management and adjust strategy accordingly
– Stay abreast of market and social media trends, and conceptualize ways to use it from a business perspective
– Develop effective processes to calendarize social media efforts, share reports, plan visuals, etc.
– Provide suggestions to enhance social presence
– Do occasional live videos with information about the companys new product and services
– Often engage with subscribers/followers answer comments, create stories/videos, all with upbeat and informative persona
– Create A/B testing scenarios to measure most effective strategies
– Assist with other marketing efforts as needed

Background Profile:
– Robust skills in content creation and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and more)
– Experience creating organic social media strategies, and growing engagement/following organically
– Experience managing and creating content for B2B accounts
– Experience creating effective processes and systems to manage and track social platforms
– Experience with project management and or social media management systems (Asana, Jira, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)
– Exceptional attention to detail and ability to conduct production duties prior to deploying materials
– Experience working collaboratively with designers and marketing staff, ability to provide direction for visual creation
– Proven success record ability to provide metrics on measurable KPIs
– Ability to develop social strategies based on target audience personas
– Ability to tie in social efforts to other marketing goals
– BS/BA Degree and at least 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management

This is a remote contract to full time opportunity for a company in Idaho. Only talent in FL, WA, ID, NV, OR, UT, CO, MA, MO, WI, AL, AR, TN or NC.
