Marketing Agency is looking for a talented remote Growth Marketing Manager to join their creative and marketing team.

The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the VP of Marketing to strategize client acquisitions, and build an effective pipeline that delivers engaged prospects to sales.

As Growth Marketing Manager you can expect to:

– Oversee day-to-day operations of demand marketing campaigns that generate quality leads
– Assist in the development of demand generation strategy by conceptualizing efforts for email, PPC, Social and more with the Marketing Director
– Assist in converting web traffic by creating effective call to actions, landing pages and engaging content
– Assist in optimizing nurturing efforts though several digital channels
– Manage marketing automation through coordination of HubSport Marketing
– Be at the forefront of providing forecast, analyze and report on ROIs, as well as the success of demand creation activities
– Test new channels and strategies to expand conversion efforts
– Maintain customer/prospect database through segmentation and lead scoring
– Assist in writing compelling content for multiple digital platforms ensuring that SEO is applied effectively
– Work collaboratively with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure that there are campaign specific messaging
– Assist with other duties as needed

Background Profile:

– Exceptionally data and result driven with vast demand generation, inbound marketing and content marketing experience
– Robust experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and digital media (social, email, web, advertising)
– Expert knowledge of HubSpot ability to navigate and use for email marketing and lead nurturing for conversions
– Large experience working with B2B clients and ability to adjust content to appeal to businesses
– Ability to run multiple campaigns at once including awareness and acquisition
– Ability to conduct and track results from A/B campaign testing
– Ability to self-manage and pinpoint your own indivisual measurable success
– Experience with MS Office, Google Apps and Asana
– Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
– BS/BA Degree and 4+ years o experience working in B2B growth marketing

This is a full time opportunity for a company based in multiple areas of the United States. You would be working on EST remotely.
