Marketing Agency is looking for a talented remote Brand Marketing Manager to join their growing creative team.

The Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with the VP of Marketing to conceptualize and apply exceptional storytelling practices to both short and long term strategies.

As Brand Marketing Director you will:

– Strategize ways to elevate the brands storytelling narrative, and create a solid brand voice, guidelines, elements and content
– Collaborate with teams of designers, copywriters, product development and sales to ensure all efforts align with brand standards
– Strategize and apply brand narrative on a global level prioritize efforts and set core values for the companys brand
– Provide best practices and input on all content for new digital efforts like website revamp, SEO, email campaigns, advertisement and more
– Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager to evaluate company pain points, develop and study target audience and personas to create effective communication strategies
– Collaborate with external resources and creative teams to ensure all media channels amplify the brands position
– Lead PR communication strategy, use company customers surveys effectively to promote brand in a much more effective and lead-converting manner
– Assist in writing content for blogs and other publications stay abreast of industry trends and story and make brand part of the conversation
– Assist in the launch and participation of industry events, both physical and virtual partner with growth marketing to drive engagement
– Be a part of internal company efforts like developing and promoting culture events and activities
– Develop project management process that is effective for all participating parties
– Measure and reach ROI goals through brand building

Background Profile:

– Proving record of effectively creating, launching or revamping brands and their strategies
– Exceptional ability for storytelling and developing srong brand voice
– Ability to manage and direct content through all media channels both traditional and digital
– Robust knowledge of social media platforms and how to engage audience
– Ability to read, report and track data for brand marketing efforts, social media and web traffic
– SEO/SEM experience, ability to understand and conduct keyword and content optimization
– Familiarity with HubSpot for content marketing campaigns
– Ability and experience directing PR and media relations experience managing and executing events
– Experience managing team leads and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to set both short and long term company goals
– Great team player and ability to promote growth within the companies creative and marketing team
– Experience with MS Office, Google Apps and Asana
– Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
– BS/BA Degree and 7+ years or relevant experience

This is a full time opportunity for a company based in multiple areas of the United States. You would be working on EST remotely.
