Successful marketing agency that hyper-focuses on assisting law firms on all video and marketing needs is looking for a talented Jr. Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team full time!

This company is exponentially growing with hundreds of accounts to manager and theyre in need of a couple of extra hands to assist in their Paid Ad efforts.

As Junior Digital Marketing Specialist you will be reporting to a team lead and assist with all company paid ad projects inclusive of platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

In this role you can expect to:

– Analyze ad data to assist in coming up with insights and strategies for clients
– Assist in creating compelling and result-drive digital ad campaigns
– Grow your skillset in the marketing space, slowly become more independent and handle more responsibility in digital marketing efforts
– Get the opportunity to see 360-degree campaign and learn the inner workings of a one-stop-shop marketing agency
– Travel negligibly to potentially meet with clients and discuss strategy
– Work collaboratively with staff from different departments including Production, Design, Marketing, Sales and more
– Work avidly on PPC ads inclusive of all major social network
– Review all ad campaigns to ensure everything is launch ready look for typos/grammar errors, as well as any branding issues
– Work under tight deadlines and come with creative solutions to timeline roadblocks
– Stay abreast of industry marketing trends
– Assist with other duties as needed

Background Profile:

– Experience launching/developing paid search campaigns
– Large experience with all major social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
– Highly detail oriented, ability to spot errors, inconsistencies and ensure all campaigns meet brand guidelines
– Ability to stay on task and perform expertly with little to no supervision
– Ability to always keep a data-centric approach
– Experience creating effective campaigns that promote high engagement
– Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO, SEM, PPC and social media management platforms
– Some client facing experience/ account management
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal communication
– BS/BA in marketing, communications, or similar and 1-2 years of experience actively working as a paid ad specialist and managing social accounts

This is a full time on site opportunity with a company near Atlanta, GA. You may qualify for one work from home day after 60-90 days of employment.
