Well established advertising and marketing agency, hyper-focused on luxury real estate is looking for a talented and experienced Art Director to join their creative team.

The Art Director will be a heavy part of the ideation stages for all advertising and marketing campaigns. Although they will be directing/managing all efforts, this is a heavy hands-on role so youll be able to be part of the design process.

This is a fairly fast-paced work environment, but we have a highly collaborative team with big ideas and exceptional communication skills.

As Art Director you will:

– Take lead on all multiplatform design efforts like billboards, web ads, brochures, commercials, etc.
– Collaborate with Account Executives and provide design direction in accordance with strategic marketing plans
– Collaborate with creative team including other Art Directors and Copywriters to execute creative projects
– Ensure all specifications are provided for production (i.e. size, colors, fonts, etc.) and review all post production materials prior to continuing in the approval process
– Supervise all creative freelancers
– Direct photo shoots, videos, audio sessions, press proofing and more
– Maintain open communication with traffic managers to ensure projects are on track and they meet set deadlines
– Maintain senior staff informed of any tools, hardware and software updates

Background Profile:

– Robust Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc.)
– Great attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in fast-paced work environment
– Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team, highly collaborative and team player
– Ability to conceptualize designs and strategies, able to oversee project from ideation to execution
– Experience in photo-retouching and directing photoshoots/video
– High understanding of typography terms and ability to identify typography settings
– Experience in print production and photography process
– Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
– Client-facing experience, ability to manage project challenges and provide solutions to clients
– BS/BA Degree and 3+ years of experience in an ad agency setting
– Preferred: Experience in real estate industry
