You will be assisting with various communication/marketing efforts. You will stay in touch with strategic partnerships and assist in executing several marketing strategies to enhance the schools web presence and email marketing success. It is the perfect environment for ideas and initiatives to be heard and put into practice.

This role is offered as either an onsite part time position (25-30/hrs a week), with the possibility of turning remote in the near future.

As Web/Email Marketing Coordinator, you will

– Assist with web content updates, and assist the branding and communication team on daily efforts, produce publications as needed
– Perform quality control and adhere guidelines/standards for all design efforts
– Conduct maintenance of the schools website and web applications
– Keep up to date documentation on site content, including copy, visuals and media
– Assist in creating mass emails and email campaigns for students, vendors, parents and partnerships
– Be point of contact for web support and assist in training staff/parents on how to use our online tools
– Communicate with website provider and ensure that all content is live within deadlines
– Assist in Social Media Management efforts as needed
– Assist with other duties as needed

Background Profile:

– Excellent organizational skills and keen eye for detail
– Extensive experience using Microsoft Office products
– Great Project Management skills and ability to archive documentation effectively
– Ability/experience editing video, experience in i-movie or Final Cut Pro needed
– Excellent ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
– Sound experience understanding Marketing terminology and practices/ procedures
– Well versed in social media platforms and marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
– Ability to keep track of deadlines and ensure deliverables are pushed to production on time
– BS/BA Degree in Communications/Marketing
– Preferred: Experience with Blackbaud systems onMessage

This is a Part Time opportunity for a company near Pinecrest, FL. Rate depends on experience.
