Full Service Marketing Agency is looking for several Temp Graphic Designers to work on an on-call, contract basis with their team of experienced creatives.

This team creates marketing materials for several companies in both a print and digital space. As the Temp Graphic Designer, you will be onsite taking over projects when current active staff is out on extended vacations, sick leave, offsite conferences, or when the workload exceeds the capabilities of the team.

This role is a flexible arrangement perfect for any avid freelancer. If youre looking to add some extra projects throughout the year this might be the perfect role for you!

As the Temp Graphic Designer, you can expect to:

– Work mostly on print projects, creating marketing designs for packaging, brochures, mailers, banners, and more
– Create designs for a digital space like banner ads, email and social, but primarily WordPress websites
– Ensure all creative assets are filed in an organized manner
– Ensure all marketing creative materials abide to its respective brand guidelines and objective/goal
– Create files ready for printing, ensure they follow all dyelines, colors match and file is exported in the correct format
– Communicate with printing vendors to ensure assets are produced according to the expected quality and standard of its respective brand
– Assist in the creation and editing of client WordPress sites
– Work collaboratively with other creative team members like Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Marketing staff, etc.
– Assist with other duties as needed

Background Profile:

– Robust Adobe CC skills ( InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator After Effects, Adobe XD and Premiere is a plus)
– Experience working on print projects from its conceptual stages to production
– Experience creating/following layouts, working with dyelines and preparing files for print
– Familiarity with WordPress, ability to edit and create WordPress sites, some knowledge of HTML and CSS
– Ability to create animated web banners and assets for digital platforms like web, email and social media
– Ability to work onsite on an on-call basis and ability to pick up projects in different stages of their life cycle
– Prior experience working with marketing staff and creating designs for both B2B and B2C
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to follow direction/ creative briefs and work independently as needed
– BS/BA degree and 2-6 years of relevant experience

This is an on-call, ongoing contract position near Pasadena, CA.
