Retail giant and globally renowned brand is looking for an incredibly meticulous person to join their team as their Local Social Media Creative Campaign Manager!

As a Local Social Media Creative Campaign Manager you would coordinate projects, ensure all team members are on task, gather all necessary assets/information and ensure all efforts meet the given timeline. This contract role is based in Bentonville, AR.

Although you would be the primary organizer of all social media efforts, you will be able to put your creativity to great use. This role will entail you to recognize exceptional content, and occasionally be both behind and in front of the camera. You must also be a natural when it comes to meetings; you will be asking questions and noting all information/efforts needed, timelines and potential concepts.

The Social Media Creative Campaign Manager will be:
Contributing to campaigns that will reach millions of people
Ensuring all social media efforts and requests are within the given timeline
Staying abreast of industry and social media trends, and incorporate them into new campaigns
Communicating daily with other creative team members and share priority task lists
Ensuring that Creative timelines align with both Program and Business priorities
A helping hand in both national and local campaigns
Collecting reports and analytics on all creative efforts
Setting up team meetings and travel for the team as needed, participate in meeting/ briefs
Occasionally assisting with the creation of content
Cultivating the relationship between stakeholders and ensure they align with campaign efforts
Creating reports, presentations, calendars and emails

Background profile:

Prior related experience to project/ traffic management
Exceptional ability to take part in meetings and communicating expectations to team members
Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external team members
Exceptional command of social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and more)
Manage timelines, team request, project progress, campaigns and deadlines
Create content as needed via phone or camera
Great ability to prioritize, multitask, set goals, share ideas, and research
Exceptional use of Microsoft Office product
Ability to analyze KPIs and provide ideas for improvement
Experience building social media following and handling project management tools
BS/BA Degree and 3-5 years of experience working with social media platforms

This is an on-site, contract opportunity near Bentonville, AR. You must be local or near the northwest Arkansas or Bentonville, AR areas. Relocation is not provided.
