A retail giant is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join their team of experienced creatives.

In this role, you will work alongside the companys social media team and manage the day to day. You will be responsible for collecting content from other creatives and publishing posts to all social media channels including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more.

As Social Media Coordinator, you will be:
– The point of contact for the social media team and handling daily workflow
– Developing timelines and distributing tasks to other team members
– Staying abreast of social media trends and technology
– Ensuring marketing goals are met through the execution of social campaigns
– Identifying opportunities for improvements to increase post performance
– Ensuring deadlines are met within budget
– Working with the established social media team to find solutions to any process or project challenges
– Simultaneously managing several complex projects
– Creating detailed reports and attending several team meetings to ensure projects are on track

Background Profile:
– Exceptional grasp of social platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pintrest, and more
– Great experience strategizing and understanding social media concepts and methodologies
– Experience with social media management tools, preferably Sprinklr
– Prior experience working with social media as a marketing platform
– Good understanding of strategies and usage of creative, photography and video for social media
– Exceptional response/turnaround time, ability to tend to questions and issues promptly
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and spoken, ability to describe complex ideas and strategies in an easy-to-follow form
– Ability to schedule/plan accordingly for several projects and pinpoint areas of priority
– Ability to adapt to quick changes in strategy or timelines
– Keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills
– Great team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as needed
– Ability to take direction, suggestions provided by executive staff and peers
– Experience working with Microsoft Office
– BS/BA Degree and 2+ years of related experience working with social media marketing
– Some travel required

This is an on-site, ongoing contract opportunity around Bentonville, AR OR NYC. We are open candidates in both cities.
