Join a growing luxury spirits company as their Marketing Project Manager, and assist in ensuring their goals are met in time and at top-notch quality!

The Marketing Project Manager will be developing and excusing brand communications for all the companys brands. You will be overseeing the process for several digital efforts like web, email, social and more. In this role, you will ensure that projects meet the expected quality and follow the established brand strategy.

You will be working directly with the Marketing Manager on all brand marketing initiatives. You will be expected to keep assets organized, all involved parties informed of project process/progress and ensure projects are within budget.

Some of your job duties will include:
– Overseeing that digital marketing and social media strategies to promote brand discovery and loyalty
– Managing daily social media content, collaborate with teams to develop social media calendars
– Maintaining and build asset libraries, suggest ideas to optimize current platform
– Pitching ideas/ media investments to maximize budget use to reach optimum ROI
– Managing e-commerce for all brands, communicate with ecommerce companies
– Communicating with in-house and off-site designers and other creative team members
– Ensuring that all projects are within budget for each brand/program
– Tracking budget spending through monthly reconciliation
– Communicating with finance and acquire details for fiscal year marketing funds
– Assisting Marketing Manager in conceptualizing brand plans, strategizing budget, program concepts, etc.
– Assisting with ongoing public relations efforts along with external agency
– Assisting in onboarding new acquired brands
– Traveling to meet clients, or overseeing project production with clients

Background profile:
– Prior experience working with luxury brands
– Ability to travel with clients to oversee branding efforts
– Exceptional communication and organizational skills
– Experience presenting ideas/ proposals to executive team/clients for project approvals
– Experience managing budgets
– Experience working/managing a cross-functional creative team
– Ability to work with off-site teammates and vendors
– Exceptional understanding of creative and production process for multiple platforms (i.e. print, digital, social, etc.)
– Experience with project management systems and creating asset libraries
– BS/BA Degree and 3+ years of experience in a brand/ marketing content management/ production role in an agency setting
