Large craft distillery needs an excellent Graphic Designer to join their proficient in-house creative team.
As a Graphic Designer, you will support the marketing team and other departments to plan and create assets for print and digital materials. You will create next-level graphics while still maintaining/following the brands voice and marketing strategy.

The talent in this role should be able to follow direction, but act independently with minimal supervision when needed.

Some of your job duties will include:

– Create visuals for marketing materials (print and web), packaging, and social media
– Assist and brainstorm with the marketing and sales team to create designs that align with our brand and strategy
– Write/ proof some marketing materials for web, social and print
– Assist in building the company brand by providing direction for graphic designs and social media visuals
– Maintain organized archives of visual assets
– Ensure quality aligns with the company standard, and that all food safety qualities are represented accordingly in the design
– Shoot photos and videos for marketing efforts
– Assist with other duties as needed

Background Profile:

– Exceptional command of Adobe CS ( Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
– Experience creating layouts, mockups, designs for web, and presentations
– Exceptional typography skills, knowledge of design principles and color theory
– Experience working with a DSLR camera
– Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel)
– Knowledge of all main social platforms and ability to design for their dimensions (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
– Ability to follow instructions from Creative Director, and take constructive criticism/direction
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
– Ability to eloquently communicate the intentions behind design decisions
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
– BS/BA Degree and 2+ years of working design experience
– Ability to work some weekends, holidays, evenings as needed to meet important project deadlines

This is an on-site, full time opportunity in the Nazareth, KY area.
