Large craft distillery is looking for a social media guru to take their brand to new heights!

As the Social Media Director, you will take full ownership of the company social channels. You will have a chance to conceptualize strategy and mold the brands online presence. Create engaging content that is not only on-brand but also showcases the companys exceptional take on the art of beverage making.

The Social Media Director should be an avid learner, someone who loves to stay abreast of new social tools/trends that will allow the company to interact and get to know our audience.

The Social media Director will:

– Manage all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and more)
– Create copy and graphics for social campaigns (will include photography and video)
– Create Social Media strategies, goals, calendars, and track performance
– Assist in establishing the brands tone of voice through audience engagement/comments
– Assist in establishing social media strategy that coincides with all other marketing goals
– Promote/increase website traffic through audience interactions/participation
– Participate in brainstorming session and present new ideas and concepts
– Assist with content to optimize PPC ad engagement, and SEO
– Pull, analyze and report on social media performance including engagement, audience growth, campaign success, and A/B testing results
– Assist with other duties as needed

Background Profile:

– Exceptional command of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
– Robust content writing skills, and exceptional command of English language/grammar
– Ability to create social media campaigns and provide performance reports
– Ability to conceptualize/create visuals (photography, video, etc.)
– Experience using DSLR camera
– Ability to work in a cross-functional and highly collaborative team
– Ability to track and analyze data/ campaign performance
– Ability to provide feedback/suggestions for improvement
– Experience with SEO and PPC
– BS/BA Degree and 3+ years of experience in a marketing/creative team

This is an on-site, full time opportunity near Nazareth, KY.
