Giant one-stop-shop Marketing Company is looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator/ Content Creator to join their team!

The Marketing Coordinator will be a pinnacle part of team functionality and client/vendor communication. In this role, you will be in charge of delivering support and communication on multiple in-house and external projects. You will ensure that all strategies meet the appropriate objectives and assist in developing marketing strategies. The talent in this role will also assist with copy for several platforms.

As Marketing Coordinator, you can expect to:

– Create marketing strategies/plans, follow project progress, administer communication with creative team and external team/vendors
– Participate in brainstorming sessions and developing multi-platform campaigns
– Create copy for ads, websites, emails, newsletters, press releases, client communication and more
– Assist in the development of brand/project activations and oversee that timelines are maintained accordingly
– Maintain companys social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
– Develop pitches, monitor media and create media list, assist with public relations
– Assist with other duties as needed

Background Profile:

– Robust command of English language, some experience creating copy for various platforms

– Exceptional organization and communication skills verbal and written
– Experience planning and organizing project/ timelines
– Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
– Experience working in marketing team and interacting with creative teams
– Experience/ ability to communicate effectively with off-site team/vendors
– Experience working with PowerPoint and creating layouts for presentations
– Exceptional team player, able to work effectively in a cross-functional team
– Experience working with Microsoft Office, some knowledge of graphic design/ print process
– 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or public relations

This is a Full Time position, on site with a company in the Miramar, FL area.
