Agency based around Seattle is looking for an expert Project/Account Manager to oversee packaging projects from concept and development to production. In this position, you would be working on site with one of the companys top clients in the technology and entertainment industry.

Youll be able deliver process solutions and improvements, as well as adapt to new technologies that will assist teams to streamline production.

The ideal candidate would have experience working through multiple release cycles, is strategic with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors and a creative team.

As Project/ Account Manager for this team, you can expect to:

– Oversee rigid paperboard box packaging projects from development to production
– Communicate directly with clients team to receive/ensure all details for enhancement, changes and new product packaging is detailed and ready to deploy
– Support other Managers, production team & partners throughout the development and localization cycle
– Keep open communication with cross-group teams and partners in regards to project status
– Suggest improvement as necessary for team processes and engagement
– Work with production team makes process and work more efficient
– Oversee budgets and drive cost reduction programs
– Communicate with stakeholders and build strong client relationships
– Perform additional activities as required

Background Profile:

– Sound understanding of print production process, particularly for packaging (i.e. die cuts)
– Ability to oversee projects through to manufacturing
– Ability to manage assets and distribute them accordingly
– Ability to track and create documentation/reports of process and project status
– Experience working with stakeholder and Project Managers to address issue, questions and discrepancies
– Exceptional communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work under pressure and provide solutions in a clear and effective manner
– Ability to collaborate with several departments and teams
– Experience meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
– Experience resolving issue and creating product/services to address customer needs
– Preferred: PMI, Six Sigma or other similar certification, Vendor Management experience, Knowledge of Business Intelligence reporting and data management

This is a one year contract opportunity with possible extension near Seattle, GA.
