icreatives is looking for a Multimedia Production Technician to provide production services for an
Events Production Service team. This is a temporary position located in the Atlanta, GA area.

Overview:
You would be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Event Production and align with
the Events Productions Services team in installing, configuring, operating and maintaining
audio/visual systems and services for offsite events.

You must exhibit competent event production skills in achieving the highest possible standards
for all projects requiring A/V in assigned projects and tasks.

You will need basic knowledge of clients business challenges to execute event requests as
defined by the client. Effective communication and coordination with other departments,
executive staff, and outside vendors and contractors are an essential part of this position. You
might also be involved in video production and editing. If you have a positive and productive
attitude towards coworkers and clients and are willing to travel at least one a month, this is a
great opportunity for you!
Job Requirements
Requirements:
A/V Production Certificate or 2+ years A/V production experience.
Both PC & Mac operation systems, Microsoft Office, HTML knowledge is a plus.
Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote and Press software
Adobe Photoshop & After Effects or similar software.
Off-site location travel is required up to 40% of time

Responsibilities:
Multimedia Event Production
Runs onsite event production components as designed by the Senior Manager, Event
Production and event/client team.
Supports production and delivery of a client and employee meeting and events.
Operates equipment, such as cameras, sound mixers and lighting during production.
Able to set up and position properties, sets, lighting equipment and other equipment.
Secures settings, properties, effects and other production necessities.
Able to drive cargo vehicles and equipment carried within while adhering to company
transport guidelines (non-CDL)
Responsible for final development of production and ensures accuracy, attention to details
and overall meets or exceeds the event objectives.
Be available for all client requests and communications in a timely, and thoroughly
professional manner.
Work directly with Event Production Services team members as needed for multimedia
support.

Skills:
Able to set up, interconnect and operate audio/visual equipment, including projectors and
screens, video cameras, computers, audio mixers, video switches, microphones, speakers
and lighting elements
Able to operate PowerPoint, Keynote and Prezi presentations
Able to operate complex A/V systems integrated with projection, audio, recording, playback
and remote control devices
Able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve A/V equipment and connectivity issues
Able to lift, transport, and assemble audio/visual equipment and event staging items
Able to set up and operate Wi-Fi networks and hard-wired internet connections
Efficient use of Internet, Microsoft Office applications, Mac OS applications and other events
production software as identified
