What You'll Do:

Create Impact: Develop and implement multi-platform content strategies that engage and inspire. Use your hands-on skills from photography and videography to copywriting, turning fresh ideas into powerful campaigns.

Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with our Creative, Strategy, and Digital teams to craft content that resonates with target audiences. You'll manage everything from editorial calendars to client approvals, ensuring every piece of content is perfect.

Drive Engagement: Partner with a crew of writers, designers, photographers, brand ambassadors, and producers to bring content visions to life. You will produce content that's not only engaging but also drives brand awareness and conversions

Lead and Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve in industry trends within digital content, social media, and digital marketing spaces. You'll also collaborate directly with the Director of Social Engagement to optimize content across all digital channels.

Who You Are:

Experienced Creator: Min of 3 years in content creation, photography, videography, copywriting, or content strategy, ideally working within an advertising agency or bustling corporate brand team.

Skilled Communicator: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different platforms.

Digital Native: You live and breathe social media, and have the savvy to craft messages that stick.

Skilled Communicator: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different platforms.

Organizational Wizard: You juggle projects like a pro with excellent organizational and time management skills, keeping cool under pressure and meeting every deadline.

Storyteller and Analyst: You're a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and the analytical skills to back it up, helping to drive data-informed decision-making that produces successful results.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in the north Pittsburgh, PA area. This is a hybrid position-n  2 days WFH and 3 days onsite. 100% REMOTE work is not available. Salary is $28/hr - $35/hr, commensurate with experience.
