A powerhouse, global travel/hospitality brand seeks a fearless Creative Operations Coordinator join their team. This is a temp to hire opportunity in Miami. The Creative Project Coordinator keeps the creative and marketing teams projects on track, on tasks, on brand, to spec and delivered on schedule.

The Creative Operations Coordinator works closely with a team of twenty-five plus in creative and marketing and will be the point person for the in-house workflow of all marketing print/digital projects from project start to finish/delivery. This role is responsible for quality control, delivery of creative assets, the day-to-day job tracking, creating and managing timelines and trafficking jobs to project owners and creative resources.

Job Requirements
– Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
– Min 2+ years prior experience within an advertising/creative/marketing agency
– Excellent communication and organization skills
– Solid experience in print and digital media
– Determine scope, resources and coordinate assignments to creative teams for project requests
– Solid understanding of studio/graphic process and production
– Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud
– Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
– Experience working with project management tools
– Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
– Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
