Huge franchise is in great need of an experienced Marketing/ Content Manager to take their strategies to the next level!

In this role the Marketing Manager will oversee branding across franchisees, as well as their marketing and content writing. The Manager will ensure that all franchisees are acting within brand guidelines and the companys overall marketing goals and strategies.

As Marketing/ Content Manager you can expect to:
– Be the main point of contact for all franchisee members
– Lead marketing programs and guide franchisee members through strategy and planning
– Develop marketing process, copy/content tools, guidelines, and overall strategy
– Negotiate with external vendors across several platforms, including media, direct mail, email, print and more
– Oversee marketing strategy to ensure sales goals are met or are on track
– Cooperate with corporate marketing team and ensure brand consistency
– Be a support system and a consistent, comprehensive and user-friendly resource for franchisees
– Provide input and improvements on strategy
– Pitch launch plans and deliver sales targets (PR, Events, Signage, Grassroots, etc.)
– Develop training materials, presentations, marketing education, onboarding and more for franchisees
– Localize marketing tools and assets to ensure seamless connection and traffic
– Create content for blogs, videos, case studies, press releases and review/approve franchise marketing planning (direct mail digital, social, etc.)
– Perform routine evaluations with Franchise Operations team
– Document and report on marketing results

Background Profile:
– Experience working with marketing strategies where success is measured by the sales of a service/product
– Exceptional writing skills and experience writing B2B and B2C content
– Ability to generate fresh content ideas and strategy
– Experience with franchise local or regional marketing experience
– Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
– Great attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills
– Ability/ experience analyzing data and creating reports
– Exceptional command of Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote
– Experience working with vendors and measuring budgets
– BS/BA with 5-7 years of client-facing/ franchise business experience
